Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing our go-to-market strategy, creating engaging content across all social networks, and building relationships with local business owners and influencers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy following a one-page marketing plan framework.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar across all social networks including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging and shareable content to resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
  • Optimize our Google My Business profile and manage online customer reviews.
  • Conduct keyword research and assist in local SEO efforts to drive organic growth.
  • Build and nurture relationships with local influencers and businesses to drive referrals and partnerships.
  • Coordinate events to showcase our venue and engage potential clients.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of our marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM data.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the event industry.
  • Proficiency in English (written/spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong experience in developing and managing content calendars for various social media platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO and experience with Google My Business optimization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
