The Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and implementing marketing and advertising activities. The Associate Marketing Manager help collect data, forecast trends and assess customer satisfaction, supports in-house marketing professionals in the design and implementation of marketing campaigns. The Associate Marketing Manager contribute to analyzing the market and customer activities, evaluating the campaign’s efficiency, and advising innovative solutions to extend its impact.

Associate Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Field new production requests in salesforce and manage the production project flow.
  • Manage and oversee multiple campaign executions and external production partners simultaneously.
  • Understand and communicate marketing guidelines and best practices to advertising clients and external production partners.
  • Provide updates to production team on vendor performance to help inform strategy.
  • Communicate with internal and external teams, tracking process of key workflows, identify workflow improvements.
  • Communicate requirements and progress to leadership, peers, and partner teams.
  • Help create resources and documentation for sales to help guide process.
  • Maintain a database of files, images, logos and other assets used in sales materials.

Associate Marketing Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in business management, marketing, communications or related area.
  • Knowledge of marketing, sales process and media in general.
  • Creative problem solver – ability to generate ideas and new concepts/positioning as it relates to the advertiser product/brand.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to think visually and learn new concepts quickly.
  • Talent to analyze basic reporting data and industry insights.
