Assistant Integrator Virtual Assistant

The Assistant Integrator Virtual Assistant is responsible for helping the integrator in growing the business financially and structurally. The Assistant Integrator Virtual Assistant will work in-conjunction with the executive team to execute the vision of the business most importantly, The Assistant Integrator Virtual Assistant is not just responsible for assisting the integrator, but also managing results of individual projects and maintaining the company's core values. The Assistant Integrator Virtual Assistant assist executive team to manage Virtual Assistants, communicate between departments, delegate tasks, execute on special projects, point out/improve efficiencies. The Assistant Integrator Virtual Assistant will also be responsible for attending and contributing to all brainstorm and planning meetings.

Assistant Integrator Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:

• Provide calendar and email management support to executive-level staff.
• Support meetings including but not limited to development of presentation slides, templates, agendas, minutes, and associated documentation.
• Act as integration point for implementation of business cycle activities.
• Ensure coordination of common connection points and integration with key functional partners (HR, finance, other lines of business).
• Help to research, stakeholder coordination, content development and preparation for high-level presentations to senior executive audiences.
• Process account administration access requests.

Assistant Integrator Virtual Assistant Requirements:

• High school diploma or related.
• Ability to come up to speed quickly, to maintain a high level of confidentiality and to influence without having formal authority.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly collect information from internal and external sources, synthesize and summarize for senior executive review.
• Strong written, presentation and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
