Industrial Manufacturing and Process Engineer Virtual Assistant

The Industrial Manufacturing and Process Engineer Virtual Assistant, assists the engineer in the coordination of Manufacturing projects and delivers them on time, budget and quality through a focus on project excellence. The Industrial Manufacturing and Process Engineer Virtual Assistant will be responsible for developing and implementing process strategies with the lead engineer, as well as managing process resources, optimizing current processes, and maintaining process documents. Ultimately, The Industrial Manufacturing and Process Engineer Virtual Assistant will maintain production efficiency to reduce costs and drive efficiencies. The Industrial Manufacturing and Process Engineer Virtual Assistant will work collaboratively within operations and between departments.

Manufacturing and Process Industrial Engineer Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:

• Coordinate manufacturing projects and deliver in time, budgets and materials.
• Maintain and support the operation of fabrication equipment.
• Create new processes and procedures.
• Identify opportunities within previous processes that can be improved.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure continuous improvement of processes within the progression of the company.
• Works with various teams throughout the company to gather information to ensure all processes within are aligned with other affected departments

Manufacturing and Process Industrial Engineer Virtual Assistant Requirements:

• Bachelor's or ideally master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid engineering in process, manufacturing or related.
• Must be computer literate – familiar with MS Office
• Familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Strong experience creating and documenting processes.
