International Business Virtual Assistant

The International Business Virtual Assistant will prepare and monitor project and program budgets and make recommendations for amendment of such budgets as necessary. The International Business Virtual Assistant will perform reviews and analysis of development proposals from all sources. The International Business Virtual Assistant utilize computer-based programs to analyze, monitor and report on projects, programs, and development proposals. The International Business Virtual Assistant supervise personnel.

The International Business Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:

• Supply and partnership agreement financial analysis for external customer relationship development
• Contract review with support of commercial and legal teams for revenue and funding opportunities
• External customer material support and preparation and presentation
• Supporting emerging market analysis and integration into business plan
• Support potential customer and stakeholder technical and commercial introductory meetings

The International Business Virtual Assistant Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Strong decision making, problem solving and project management skills
