Lead Field Engineer Support Virtual Assistant

The Lead Field Engineer Support Virtual Assistant the commissioning and field start-up phases of the project and Meets daily with project crews to review production schedule and confirm all materials, equipment and resources are readily available for production to continue on schedule and within budget. The Lead Field Engineer Virtual Assistant collects, coordinates and analysis fields, design specifications, material requirements and project data through the duration of the project to ensure quality and contract specification compliance. The Lead Field Engineer Virtual Assistant provides technical input for field project work plan and scheduling. Also, The Lead Field Engineer Support Virtual Assistant identifying risk elements of production, materials, equipment or process that could negatively impact the field. Evaluates daily production, schedule and budget projections to accurately track project performance.

Lead Field Engineer Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:

• Conduct field and laboratory research.
• Identify physical and chemical processes that regulate fields.
• Will use literature review, analytical skills and newly collected data, to help clarify the interplay between soil properties, management practices.
• Notifies team members of any significant schedule changes and recommends solutions for management consideration.
• Assist with the hands-on set-up of testing equipment and provide technical troubleshooting of equipment and process support.
• Delivery as a front-line support of construction activities and leader of commissioning and startup activities.

Lead Field Engineer Virtual Assistant Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in field, chemical, environmental engineering or related.
• Solid field work experience.
• Good organizational skills, planning skills and self-starter with good work ethic and sense of urgency with the drive to improve.
• Aptitude to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Skill in verbal and written communication needed.
• Beginner knowledge of construction equipment & techniques, drawing & specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to the project.
