Managing Director Virtual Assistant

The Managing Director Virtual Assistant will direct the staff on the use of many resources such as corporate design, finance and plant operations in the performance of their jobs. The Managing Director Virtual Assistant will analyze key metrics within the company, identify areas of weakness and design and implement new processes. The Managing Director Virtual Assistant will execute this mission by building and maintaining CRM architecture, managing marketing and sales automation tools, and generating performance reports.The Managing Director Virtual Assistant is a significant leadership role, and should be a passionate, self-driven leaders that want to make a positive impact in the world.

The Managing Director Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of sales and marketing efforts to the customers
• Operations Management: deploy and manage driver operations, customer service, sales operations and marketing activities.
• Implement local and global initiatives and SOPs
• Oversee the business development of the platform.
• Acquire users and grow the business.
• Develop and cultivate strategic partnerships with customers and other stakeholders.
• Work closely with marketing both online and offline, and actively take part in spearheading local strategy
• Identify and enforce best practices.
• Ensure high service standards are maintained across all operational metrics
• Financial control: budget, forecast and align business needs with control of operating expenses

The Managing Director Virtual Assistant Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Solid Experience relating to large-scale projects with responsibility for all aspects of operations including HR, Finance, and Procurement.
• Proven ability to fundraise / work with donor organizations and professionally and proactively represent an organization.
• Experience working in developing countries
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken, including report writing and presentations)
