Marketing Manager Virtual Assistant

The Marketing Manager Virtual Assistant support marketing managers and executives on projects such as developing sales strategies, marketing campaigns, social media campaigns. The Marketing Manager Virtual Assistant collecting and interpreting marketing analytics. The Marketing Manager Virtual Assistant will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth, as well as creating marketing materials such as white papers and case studies. The Marketing Manager Virtual Assistant will be giving presentations about our ongoing campaigns and provide administrative support to our marketing and sales teams.

Marketing Manager Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the marketing manager.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for specific titles and roundup campaigns.
• Communicate and work with other marketers, editorial, authors, sales and related.
• Create, edit, and proofread tasks.
• Help with technical setup for campaign builds and implementation.
• Report process or procedure discrepancies to the management team.
• Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.

Marketing Manager Virtual Assistant Requirements:

• High school diploma or related.
• Solid virtual assistant experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, planning and organization skills.
