Operations Manager Virtual Assistant

The Operations Manager Virtual Assistant will use advanced leadership abilities to drive safety, productivity, and exceptional quality in production facilities. Through collaboration with cross functional teams, Operations Manager Virtual Assistant will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a manager, the Operations Manager Virtual Assistant will coach team members in leadership and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results. The Operations Manager Virtual Assistant ensures customer satisfaction, promotes employee’s quality awareness and initiates relevant training. 

The Operations Manager Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:

• Manage quality strategies collectively with site leadership achieve short- and long-term objectives. Provide leadership in execution through a structured approach
• Translates customer requirements into strategies and processes, resulting in cost-effective processing and profitable production 
• Manage resources to meet organizational objectives
• Manage and motivate individuals and teams to achieve breakthrough improvements at all levels in the organization
• Provide a safe and conducive working environment that promotes creativity and innovation
• Accountable for quality and delivery of products
• Manages activities with management team to implement cost effective systems of control
• Support organizational environmental, health and safety goals 

The Operations Manager Virtual Assistant Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Solid experience in a similar role
• Project management
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to drive progress towards aligned objectives and goals
