Relationship Manager Virtual Assistant

The Relationship Manager Virtual Assistant will focus on operational efficiency and help us provide excellent, single-point-of-contact service to developers of all sizes. The Relationship Manager Virtual Assistant will manage the relationship between the company and technical stakeholders. In discussions with business stakeholders, the Relationship Manager Virtual Assistant will provide a technical-minded perspective, and then articulate the partner's perspective. The Relationship Manager Virtual Assistant responsibilities includes resolution of client issues, coordination of internal groups for issue resolution, client presentations and sales support.

The Relationship Manager Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:

• Manage the relationship between the company and technical stakeholders.
• Provide a technical-minded and partner-specific perspective.
• Serve as the a trusted point-of-contact internally and externally.
• Route technical issues to the appropriate teams, while owning broader outcomes.
• Maintain reports detailing work streams and progress, identify project blockers and keep stakeholders informed.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks requiring rigorous and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
• High integrity and excellent business judgment
• Passion for delivering world-class customer service with focused attentiveness and responsiveness to customer needs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
