Security and Loss Prevention Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, conducts and manages investigations into security-related matters.
  • Performs security audits/assessments to identify security lapses and risks.
  • Conducts security awareness and standards training of staff.
  • Supervise building and property maintenance including preventive and corrective maintenance, term contract works, unscheduled and scheduled maintenance.
  • Advises local management / procurement regarding industry best practices with manned guarding.
  • Actively coordinates and assists management with strategies and solutions for security-related matters.
  • Supervise facilities to ensure that they area adequate for business needs, well maintained and that we are mitigating any risk of loss.
  • Oversee fleet management for the organization, including programs for acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance, repair, replacement, and disposal of company vehicles and equipment

Security and Loss Prevention Supervisor Requirements:

  • High School diploma.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Experience in security, loss prevention, law enforcement, and/or military experience,
  • Solid experience conducting dishonest employee interviews.
  • Supervisory experience in a security environment.
  • Experience administering policies and procedures.
  • Solid experience in a fast-paced corporate and/or start-up environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing self-development and learning
