Senior Art and Graphic Desing Director

The Senior Art and Graphic Design Director will be responsible for designing a range of marketing materials, including social media promotions, email campaigns, motional graphics, editorial artwork etc. Also, The Senior Art and Graphic Design Director helping define brand guidelines and standards for the whole company. Work closely and cross-departmentally with other designers, leadership, development and video through phases of projects. The Senior Art and Graphic Design Director challenge the status quo with new ideas, tactics, and concepts. Push for constant improvements in our process and executions. The Senior Art and Graphic Design Director counsel to clients and peers over best practices and collaborate with project managers, copywriters, editors and other designers.

Senior Art and Graphic Design Director Responsibilities:

• Works cross functionally through the design life cycle, from creative brief to concept development and production of materials.
• Concepts and produces graphic art and visual materials to support the entire organization’s creative needs (direct marketing, signature and community events and general corporate needs).
• Serves as visual brand expert to ensure and maintain brand standards.
• Manages external partners to maintain brand standards and integrity.
• Generate and manipulate graphic images, animations, sound, text and video for print and digital use. Create imagery that inspires.
• Collaborate with printer for production of printed materials.

Senior Art and Graphic Design Director Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a comparable level of experience.
• Portfolio submission.
• Creativity in problem solving and ability to work independently under general direction.
• Proficiency in a variety of interactive media and design and editing software, including but not limited to the Adobe suite.
• Ability to use design thinking strategies to lead.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities with compressed deadlines, as well as long lead projects.
• Ability to remain abreast of technological advances in the field and be able to identify areas of use in the organization.
