The Supply Dispatcher Manager responsibilities are communicating the availability of material to work managers, job owners, project managers and follow-up on issues as they arise within the workweek schedules. The Supply Dispatcher Manager also perform the work of receiving, recording, routing, dispatching customer requests, information, orders, and emergency calls as it relates to Inventory. The Supply Dispatcher Manager complete ownership in the work management process including preparing and addressing any material & logistic requirement. The Supply Dispatcher Manager prepare material status reports for an assorted client base. Also should communicate any future material requirements to the appropriate commodity owner and supplier.

Supply Dispatcher Manager Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all material demands and information needs for a diverse client base.
  • Manage efforts including recommending processes, collecting pertinent data, determining future trends, and interpreting historical information.
  • Make decisions on material availability related to planned jobs.
  • Represent the client's needs to the supply team, explaining expectations, evaluating responses, and determining alternative sourcing strategy as necessary.
  • Exercise independent judgment to meet schedule demands.
  • Interface with all levels of management.

Supply Dispatcher Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor´s degree in administration, business or related.
  • Ability to take the initiative and work independently as a self-managed work group.
  • Must have good communication, problem solving, interpersonal skills, and conflict management skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with multiple departments.
