We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients who are looking to build their businesses on Amazon. You will serve as the point of contact for our clients, answering their inquiries by phone, email and instant messaging, resolving their issues, and ensuring that their overall experience with our service is positive and satisfactory.
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and texts via Alloware from clients and providing excellent customer service via our Helpscout ticketing system.
- Resolving client issues by identifying the root cause of the problem and finding effective solutions
- Tracking and documenting client interactions and issues in our customer service software
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or team member for resolution
- Identifying opportunities to improve our service offerings and customer experience
- Working with the operational team to help keep clients updated on their projects and help answer any client inquiries
Requirements
- Available to work, Monday through Friday 6-8 hrs a day
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and well-versed in the English language
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the Amazon marketplace and its policies and procedures is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Must have computer or laptop that has capability for video conferencing
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree in a related field is preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-based role.
