Description 

As an Executive Assistant with a focus on Zoho software, you will play a critical role in supporting our executive team. Your experience with Zoho will be instrumental in managing calendars, handling communications, and streamlining administrative processes. This position requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on your ability to work within Zoho applications

Responsibilities

  • Expertly manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and schedules.
  • Respond to emails and manage communications professionally.
  • Utilize Zoho CRM and other Zoho tools to maintain and organize data effectively.
  • Ensure a high level of organization and efficiency in all administrative tasks.
  • Communicate fluently in English, both in writing and verbally.
  • Take initiative in the absence of the CEO, ensuring seamless continuity and decision-making.
  • Continuously learn about various aspects of the business to provide informed support and proactive contributions.

Skills

  • Organization: Maintain a high level of organization to manage complex calendars and appointments efficiently.
  • Professional Communication: Respond to emails and manage communications with a high degree of professionalism, clarity, and conciseness.
  • Fluency in English: Communicate fluently in both written and verbal English to interact effectively with executives, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential issues and provide solutions, demonstrating foresight and initiative.
  • Accuracy: Ensure precision in managing schedules, handling data, and executing administrative tasks, minimizing errors and oversights.

Qualifications 

  • 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a strong focus on Zoho software.
  • Advanced/professional level of English to ensure effective communication in a 100% English environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and lead independently when needed.
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine curiosity to understand and contribute to the business.
