As an Executive Assistant with a focus on Zoho software, you will play a critical role in supporting our executive team. Your experience with Zoho will be instrumental in managing calendars, handling communications, and streamlining administrative processes. This position requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on your ability to work within Zoho applications
Responsibilities
- Expertly manage executivesâ calendars, appointments, and schedules.
- Respond to emails and manage communications professionally.
- Utilize Zoho CRM and other Zoho tools to maintain and organize data effectively.
- Ensure a high level of organization and efficiency in all administrative tasks.
- Communicate fluently in English, both in writing and verbally.
- Take initiative in the absence of the CEO, ensuring seamless continuity and decision-making.
- Continuously learn about various aspects of the business to provide informed support and proactive contributions.
