Responsibilities
- Efficiently organize, support, and implement sales orders and documentation for prominent national retailers.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales orders, collaborating with various manufacturers to ensure seamless order processing.
- Collect information from 100 vendors, meticulously organize it, prioritize it, and review it with the executive.
- Distribute pertinent data and marketing materials to the sales team.
- Act as the central point of communication between the sales team and vendors, addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth information flow.
- Schedule and Coordinate training webinars for the sales team.
- Conduct proactive outreach to both current and potential vendors, fostering positive and lasting relationships as requested by the executive.
- Schedule and coordinate calls and meetings as needed to strengthen vendor connections.
- Regularly update and maintain target sheets to track progress and identify opportunities for vendor partnerships.
- The executive travels extensively.
- Arranging flights and hotels to meet the demands of the schedule.
- Make dinner reservations as required.
- Maintain expense sheet and receipts and communicate with as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Impeccable attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
- Proficient in data entry, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Strong Excel skills for reporting and data manipulation.
- Familiarity with Outlook for streamlined communication and calendar management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but work experience is more important.
