You will earn a monthly salary + commission.
Responsibilities
- Answering multiple inbound leads via phone and email.
- Maximize the value of each connection.
- Absorb industry and product knowledge and create a friendly reputation in the industry.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Set follow-up appointments to maintain relationships with your customers.
- Create/work with our remote team to create sales material to present to customers using art software.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Excellent ability to communicate in writing and verbally
- Ability to build rapport with clients

- Ability to create custom project quotes – We do not have off-the-shelf products – all of our projects are custom.
