The Front Desk Services Receptionist Virtual Assistant has considerable knowledge of office systems and procedures, also considerable knowledge of proper grammar, punctuation and spelling; knowledge of business communications, interpersonal skills; ability to schedule and prioritize office workflow.
Front Desk Services Receptionist Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:
- Maintains a filing system, reviews correspondence for spelling and grammar, receives mail.
- Keep paper files organized.
- Keep computer’s files organized.
- Assists the CEO with client’s communications.
- Assists Administrative personnel obtaining documentation and information from.
